Dr. Shakuntala Gawde engaged visiting lectures for M. A. in Leadership science course conducted by Chanakya International Institute of Leadership Studies, University of Mumbai. Lectures were based on application of principles laid down in Kamandakiya Nitisara and Shukraniti in modern perspectives. Texts were interpreted in the context of modern day leadership. Lectures were based on leadership techniques from ancient shastras which are still applicable to become a good leader.
