Dr. . Shakuntala Gawde was invited as a Resource person for Research Methodology workshop organized by Department of Philosophy, University of Mumbai on 23rd January 2019 to 25th January 2019. She engaged a session on Textual Analysis in Philosophical Research. She explained the importance of studying texts for research in Philosophy. After taking an overview of philosophical texts, she took examples of how texts can be interpreted with philosophical research. Then she explained ‘comparative method’ of Philosophy by giving examples from the philosophy of Upanishds, Plato and Aristotle.
